The management from USA Pool Management was absolutely horrible. While the lifeguards themselves were generally good and tried their best, there was a complete lack of supervision and accountability from the company. I ended up having to spend countless hours, voluntarily, at the pool throughout the season just to make sure things were running properly—something the management company was supposed to handle and were being paid well to do.
