We contacted this group when my husband noticed our slideout floor was misshapen. It turned out the seals on the window had failed, allowing rain to seep down the inside of the wall, ruining the floor. Apparently, hail the size of golf balls can do that. The guys on our crew: Scott, Jencho and Ivan, were just fantastic! We provided cookies and homemade lemonade, and they provided expert work and advice, always with a smile, and with our anxiety and budget in mind. I'd recommend them without hesitation. Thanks again, guys!
I used to refer all in house work that needed to be performed at a shop to this group. We had a customer we referred get permission to perform a warranty follow up at their site. The owner wasn't apparently consulted, but his people were. He lit into the customer who just paid $5700 plus for repairs performed at his shop that we referred. The Average, the Overall Rating, for USA Coach is 4.8. I'd actually rate them at exactly that, if I had that option. Here's why... Brian, the guy at the front desk, is easy and effortless to deal with. The service manager, Dave, is a bit of a 'Hysterical Jerk". An issue that he could Easily have talked about Calmly was communicated with a, "Pants on Fire" attitude. Bad on you, Dave!
