This place is BS! They are so unorganized and let my offer expire on Presidents Day weekend! Now we have a hard credit inquiry and no furniture. I understand I had to pay more because this business caters to persons with bad or little credit. I first purchased a flat screen TV which they said if I was not happy with I could return for a full refund within 14days. I was not happy with functions of the TV and returned it. If you need something just hold off and wait...dont use your credit you will in the long run...be shooting yourself in the foot & in will end up paying even more for an item That when you do finally pay off will be out dated. These employees have horrible customer service and will never return your calls. They will sweet talk you into buying something. I got a Toshiba Satellite Pro L740 labtop from this company the keyboard went bad and I brought the labtop in to be repaired. I told the sales person that I was leaving the area in a couple of weeks and they ensured me that I would have my labtop back before I leave the area. Over a week went by and no one from the store called with any kind of update or status.
