Super spendy seatbelt in the first place and $15 extra just for slow shipping never got a tracking order and still haven’t received my puppy seatbelt. Should’ve just got one in person at petsmart or petco. Lame total for $85 seems high. Won’t be back for the life jacket we need next

EXCELLENT PRODUCT - SAVED OUR DOG! – Last summer, my husband and I were in a bad car accident on a three-lane highway. An unlicensed driver, traveling in the wrong direction, hit us head on. F Rating: Better Business Bureau – I thought my poor experience might be unique, but then I saw that the Better Business Bureau gave this business an F (check it for yourself, 6 complaints, 0 resolved!)!! They do not reply to emails, do not fill orders, and act as a false business. Whatever they have on their site, Amazon has it on theirs too. Be careful who you give your credit card info to....K9 Outfitters isn't the place to do it.
