We have a very complicated attic owing to multiple vaulted ceilings and skylights. This made it a challenge to do the blown insulation work we requested, but it appears the USA Insulation crew took their time, put in a long day, and did the job right. We appreciate their hard work.
I was scheduled for attic insulation on12/10 at 8:00a.m. I was ready and waiting. At 8:20, I called to see where people were, and was told that there was no way the crew could be there at 8:00. At 10:30, the truck arrives. I am not pleased with who ever schedules!! The crew was apologetic, and went right to work. I give the crew great credit for the work they completed. I am uneasy about calling again to help with other insulation projects concerning the lack of communication all around.
Thank you Daryl and your team for blowing in the insulation to the attic! Your team was friendly, funny and professional! They did a great job! I will recommend your team to everyone!
