They did a great job insulating my attic
Daryl and his crew were outstanding. With one day’s notice they rescheduled appointments to insulate our attic so we could meet an Avista rebate deadline. They placed down tarps, and left the house very clean. Daryl made sure I had all paperwork, and communicated very well. Highly recommend.
They did a great job insulating my attic and got in to do i fast as well, easy to work with and would highly recommend!
Edit to my review: The salesman (Daryl) reached out immediately after my initial review and offered to come take a look at the work. He explained some of the areas that I had concerns with and offered to make right other areas that didn't meet their standards. A direct quote from him "What matters is that your expectations are met." Very pleased with the professional follow-up and communication. I'll definitely be using them again. The salesman was great, and instalation team was very professional. The blown-in insulation was top-notch from what I can tell. However, my one complaint is about the spray insulation. The work done was pretty messy and inconsistent. Additionally, the installers didn't remove the old fiberglass insulation before doing the spray. Im not sure if this is standard practice but it didn't seem quite right. Also, the diagram that the salesman provided the installers allegedly didn't include all of the areas tonbe spray foamed.
