My husband and myself are highly dissatisfied and disappointed with USA INSULATION. Last fall we decided to insulate our kitchen and bathroom to alleviate a cold draft. The insulation did not help this problem at all. We were lead to believe by Matt that insulating the areas we did would absolutely help this problem we’d been facing. After several emails back and fourth with Karissa, customer service was horrible and she stopped all communication. I wouldn’t not recommend this company to anyone!

From our initial consultation with Matt, to completion by the amazing install crew, everything was awesome- . Great work and very professional. Highly recommended!
The crew did a great job, explained what they were going to do, did a great job installing and cleaning up when finished. Would definitely recommend the company.
