I bought a new home, not knowing anything about it, I noticed it was really cold. With winter coming, I called just too see what was going on. Buying the house an being on disability, financing was tight. When they came out I was shocked to find out my house had no Insulation what so ever. They came out and put insulation in my walls. The staff that showed up were very educated about their product and were very informative along the way. My home heating bill has gone down significantly since getting my insulation. I would highly recommend *** Insulation to my friends.

From start to beginning every person I came in contact with was very helpful. The sales rep was very informative and was very knowledgeable when they visited our home, the installers were all very respectful and answered any questions we had. From the home visit to the install they were very quick but very thorough! Everyone went over and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. We had them come to the house and they broke siding, many scratches and ruined bedding. They also only did one half of a wall and not the other. Scheduled to come back and did not show. Came back a third time to finish the other half wall missed and only did the top. Came back a 4th time and found 3 more walls that were incomplete and also broke a lamp within 5 minutes of being there. Finally came back a 5th time to put the siding back on. Sales person mislead me on job that we agreed to have. Stated they would also install a new attic ladder along with the service. When the time came, Suddenly its the fist they heard of it. Were quick to dismiss (per management) stating its not a service they provide. Basically being over charged for a basic blow insulation service.

We had them do a whole house insulation but because of our siding we were told they had to do it on the interior walls. The only thing we were told was that they would make Holes about 16 inches apart on all exterior walls and then patch them. They made a horrible mess of my home, did not lay plastic on any furniture. We told them we had all brand new carpet and flooring but they got spackle everywhere.
