****DO NOT USE THEM**** They will try to scam you. Paid over $7,000 to have spray foam installed due to mold issue in the attic. Salesperson took pics of the mold and said Lifetime guarantee any issue. Saying they would take care of the mold while they were installing the foam. They came, removed old insulation, and took pics of the mold. They were scheduled to do the spray foam and called the morning of and said they had truck problems and asked if they could come out the next day. Worse possible decision of our lives is using *** insulation to keep our house warm in winter and stable in summer! We cannot emphasize enough how horrible this experience has been. Had insulation installed December 2022 and after all the promises that the smell of rotten fish scales would dissipate, it has not remotely gone away. Next to zero customer service and only upon the threats of filling a lawsuit has anything been done. They come in with a ******. Estimate knock off ***** for this and that. They did not spray insulation under windows. When I complained they called me a liar. Finally 3 weeks later 2 guys came out and took a scanner that showed many spots were not insulated they apologized many times and reapplied all areas. There was many areas of siding not reattached and much of the foam was left in my yard. This is not the way for a customer to be treated. We had them come to the house and they broke siding, many scratches and ruined bedding. They also only did one half of a wall and not the other. Scheduled to come back and did not show. Came back a third time to finish the other half wall missed and only did the top. Came back a 4th time and found 3 more walls that were incomplete and also broke a lamp within 5 minutes of being there. Finally came back a 5th time to put the siding back on. Sales person mislead me on job that we agreed to have. Stated they would also install a new attic ladder along with the service. When the time came, Suddenly its the fist they heard of it. Were quick to dismiss (per management) stating its not a service they provide. Basically being over charged for a basic blow insulation service.

Seniors beware of USA Insulation; I signed a contract and put down $3000.00 to have Injected Foam put in my exterior walls. After reading a few reports about Injected Foam the foam could fail and you need to remove the dry wall to get the cracked foam out and replace it. I’m not saying their foam would fail but being 80 years old just didn’t want to take the chance. We were scheduled to have our insulation done on Feb 11 2021. We have been rescheduled 3 times and have been given an April 29th date. We called and requested our $500 deposit back, as we are not happy with their service. They are still advertising every day. Seems like we could have ours done first before new business. Do we have a recourse to get our $ back. With each appt. we have cancelled and changed other appts. only to be called the day before, cancelling

they ruined my attic left a hole in my kitchen wall the siding is still coming off 10,000 dollars wasted. It's colder then it was before they came. Big mistake to hire them
