****DO NOT USE THEM**** They will try to scam you. Paid over $7,000 to have spray foam installed due to mold issue in the attic. Salesperson took pics of the mold and said Lifetime guarantee any issue. Saying they would take care of the mold while they were installing the foam. They came, removed old insulation, and took pics of the mold. They were scheduled to do the spray foam and called the morning of and said they had truck problems and asked if they could come out the next day. October 2022 was when my family and I had our services done. We had family moving in from a warmer region and needed to get this done prior to their arrival. Long story short, this job was POORLY done not once but TWICE, our family spent a lot of money on this project just for the gentleman to do a half job. We are now in our second winter and have to use space heaters in every room, wear multiple layers of clothing and are STILL paying for this POORLY done insulation job. Worse possible decision of our lives is using *** insulation to keep our house warm in winter and stable in summer! We cannot emphasize enough how horrible this experience has been. Had insulation installed December 2022 and after all the promises that the smell of rotten fish scales would dissipate, it has not remotely gone away. From the sales rep **** to the professional friendly technicians ****************************** who insulated my home ***** took extra time to remove junk from attic before blowing in new insulation. They come in with a ******. Estimate knock off ***** for this and that. They did not spray insulation under windows. When I complained they called me a liar. Finally 3 weeks later 2 guys came out and took a scanner that showed many spots were not insulated they apologized many times and reapplied all areas. There was many areas of siding not reattached and much of the foam was left in my yard. This is not the way for a customer to be treated. Last night I posted bad review for this Akron location and I apologize to the owner / president of this location because it was wrong location. The posting was supposed to be for the Detroit area business. I do appreciate though the president ******************* calling me immediately about concerns on the posting.
