We went with USA insulation because we wanted quality product and service. Their salesman did a wonderful job. He was very convincing. They were our highest of 4 quotes but we thought it would be well worth it given their ratings and what they were telling us. Sadly disappointed. We were told our cedar siding wouldn’t split during the insulation process. We were concerned because the other places told us it most definitely would and it did. Their warranty is a joke. I was told after the whole house insulating that I wouldn't have ice dams. After they came back and put another 7 bags of insulation in my attic I still had ice dams. I called them ask asked about it and they blamed my over hanges and my roof. 6 months earlier I had a new roof with them making my soffit vents bigger and put a ridge vent in. Then they said it's cause I have over hanges. Which every house has over hanges. They said there pictures say it ok. I have ice dams and they won't come out. So ... read more
They did our attics and were remarkable! The crew was friendly while being extremely efficient. They were a team. Each knew their piece of the job but went and helped another if they needed it. And they knew their job. Answered any questions and reviewed the work when finished. And followed to confirm the job was satisfactory and if we had any concerns, to call and they would come out. Huge thanks to the guys at USA insulation, Scott and Shane did an outstanding job for my grandparents. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their work. You can tell they really care about their job. They explained everything very clearly and cleaned up very well before they left.
