The crew was timely and efficient. Crew leader reviewed work to be done, when completed showed before and after pictures of new insulation and new vents in the attic. Crew cleaned up the garage where attic access is located of waste from the job. USA did an excellent job. I highly recommend them.
They extracted old attic insulation and installed all new insulation. They had great team work, friendly, prompt, and did a great job over all!
I had my house done by u s insulation today and I'm very happy with the outcome the crew was amazing I highly recommend this company
Salesman very knowledgeable. Very expensive though. Workers with poor clean up after. Left tools due to poor cleaning. Blew out a wall due to over foaming. Broke siding. Expecting company to replace. Also received text message saying I owed “x” amount even though bill was already paid in full
WARNING!!! Do NOT pay for USA Insulation if you don't have an attic. We could go all day without using our air as long as we kept the house closed up and the blinds closed. And now we're are having to run our air in the morning and all day just to keep humidity down. We were even told AFTER installation to buy a dehumidifier. We were trying to save on energy costs, NOT make them higher. We were NOT told anything about humidity being an issue until we received our paid in full receipt from the company.
