RUN AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS YOU CAN. I wish you could leave 0 stars. They are a franchise so although their website and admin seem extremely put together and professional you have side businesses showing up to your house with little to know professional experience. I’ve complained my head off to the Northeastern Indiana manger about the quality of work. Very friendly and professional service from the sale through install. We were amazed at the immediate difference. Our house is more comfortable and much more quiet than before. And the HVAC is running a lot less!
The technician's that blew in my insulation missed insulating part of my house. This was clearly given in their instructions. The salesman was very helpful and said that they would be back out to finish the job. I will revise my review once this has been completed.

I hired to insulate my house. The worst decision was going to usa insulation. My shingles are falling off that they took off, and put back on. I have bulging on the side of my house. Usa insulation put back my siding improperly, not even, and I have a huge gap. My siding looked great before this company touched it... Oh, and I get a run around, and usa insulation tells me they can not help me... I have to call a siding company to fix there mess that they created.. and they hung up on me.. so nooo I do not recommend usa insul... read more
