USA insulated my house this year. They told me about the NYSERDA energy program which helped me to be able to do the project. I am so thankful because my house is warmer and quieter now. The USA team is dependable, pleasant and easy to reach by phone. They also are tidy. These things often mean more than the actual job to me. A special thanks to Chris for making sure the job ran smoothly. Everyone at USA is great, in fact.

I'm so happy with my service from USA. The ENTIRE team was top notch and so professional, neat and concerned for me and my home. All the young men were good at their job as I watched how careful they were moving items, placing down protection for my floors and walls. Because of the type of siding I had, they had to install inside instead of outside. My experience with the guys gave me peace of mind that they knew their jobs and they did it very well. I recently had my home insulated attic,walls and basement done ! Steve was in charge of the entire crew and I must say Steve and the entire crew were fantastic ,they did a awesome job explaining as they went along and cleaned up after they were finished ! Thank you all for a job greatly done !!!
Poor business practice. I see US insulations ad and NYSERDA discounts on social media. Seems like a good deal figured I'd take advantage of it. All set I get approved for a decent discount with a couple thousand dollar out of pocket expense. They come do the work what I believe all is good. I receive a call a few weeks later from a NYSERDA inspector looking to inspect the work that was done they assure me not every house gets inspected just random.
