October 2022 was when my family and I had our services done. We had family moving in from a warmer region and needed to get this done prior to their arrival. Long story short, this job was POORLY done not once but TWICE, our family spent a lot of money on this project just for the gentleman to do a half job. Last night I posted bad review for this Akron location and I apologize to the owner / president of this location because it was wrong location. The posting was supposed to be for the Detroit area business. I do appreciate though the president ******************* calling me immediately about concerns on the posting. That's what a good president is supposed to do. The ******* location is ignoring all my emails and calls about my concerns. Thanks again **** for calling
I had my house done with the spray foam and I was told by the gentleman that came to look things over and give me the quote that it would be much warmer and it would cut done on hearing the outside noise. It has not done either of these and it cost me thousands of dollars for nothing.
Spent over 6k having the house foamed and blown in insulation into the attic. Insulation was so thick in the attic, ice dams developed in the winter and created moisture build-up. USA charged an additional $179 just to return, and inspect from the attic hatch, without going into the attic and would not correct the problem they created. Their installer placed ventilation baffles along the trusses after he blew the insulation in so there is no air circulation other than the ridge cap. Dan, Thanks for your review. Your home was insulated 4yrs ago. As a service business, we do have trip charges to send a crew out. The claim you’re making is false. We crawled into your attic and took photos of your soffit vents, which were not blocked by the insulation.
Brian Carey came to look at whether our wood panel wall could have spray insulation installed. We said we weren’t sure if we were ready to sign a contract as we weren’t even sure prior to his arrival that we could have it installed. When we ask if we can call them when we make a decision he tells us if we don’t sign a contract today then we can’t call them again. Garbage way to do business. Brian must not do well with customer service or sales. Forcing someone into a sale because it’s convenient for you is not reputable.
Their work cost me $5071 in repairs. Electrical and alarm system were damaged
Horrible business ! Person that came out and gave estimate was unaware of rotted walls that made it impossible to insulate. He should of evaluated areas before taking deposit and sending crew to start work. There was also an area to be sprayed in basement that product never arrived for them to do. I requested deposit back but contract read loss of $250 if not cancelled in three days however work was not scheduled for 15 days so I was unaware of structure being unfit to insulate. We had our house insulated in Oct 2018 and they damaged all the siding around our windows and one of our shutters. Also, they put 17 holes in a wood wall on a porch addition. They gave us some money off our bill for the siding damage, but our porch they refuse to repair. We were told they could not find the cavity to inject the foam so they kept looking, leaving us with terrible eye sore.
