I was on hold for over 30-40 minutes (#7 in the queue) to set an appointment for OBGYN and a lady, who not only seemed frustrated to answer the phone and maybe shouldn't be answering them, transferred me to pediatrics without setting up an appointment or anything?! I called back and would be #9 in the queue. I wasted my whole lunch to get NOTHING resolved, yet again. Gonna change my name because this is so embarrassing, doctor Windham is a joke period . Found out their was tape worms at home from our vet and they advised the whole family needs treated as they ate highly contagious ! My husband and I doctor had no issue giving us the medicine to treat via telehealth but for some reason this woman wouldnt see us anytime except 9 a.m or nothing when baldwin county dont take doctor notes as an excuse for missed school dates anymore , then they told me I couldnt call back to check for sick ap... read more

I chose this office solely because I liked the doctor, but the ongoing incompetence and unprofessional behavior of the staff ultimately forced me to leave. Appointments were repeatedly mishandled, medical information was inaccurate or improperly communicated, and records were lost or mismanaged. Combined with excessive wait times and consistent rudeness, the experience showed a troubling lack of organization and accountability. I have never encountered this level of disregard for patients in a medical practice.

I love this place I've been going here since I was 12 , the staff and doctors are very nice and patient with me. They listen to my opinions on my medical issues and anything I need. They make sure to get everything updated and changed if necessary and best place to get either a pediatrician visit or obgyn. They are both very nice , both in the same building. The obgyn is very patient and helps with any female issues or concerns

I got lost getting to this office. Their address on my GPS took me to the wrong area. I’m deaf and it takes time for me to call an interpreter to contact USA Health office for directions. I finally got there and the lady at the front desk told me I was late and I had to reschedule. She treated me like a second class citizen and brushed me off to go to Mobile. I was bawling my eyes for being treated that way. I called the manager and they never called back.
