We hired this company to install an aluminum gazebo on brand new, weeks old, pool decking. The posts for the concrete that were poured were misplaced due to mismeasurement by them. When it was brought to their attention, the posts were moved to the right spot but concrete residue was left. An attempt at "cleaning it up" by them was unsuccessful and now we have permanent damage. USA Handyman Services LLC is an excellent company to have your home renovated. They renovated my bathroom and I am very satisfied with their work. I was first introduced to the company by my brother they turned my brother bathroom onto an handicap which enabled me to him to roll his wheelchair into the shower and they also lower the floors in his bedroom to make it easier to maneuver his will chair and they also did the bathroom in the basement. USA Handyman just remodeled two bathrooms. The bathrooms are beautiful. I’m very happy with the job they did.
This contractor took advantage of our lack of knowledge in construction and overcharged us for substandard work. The materials used were not what we agreed upon, and the workmanship is shoddy. We've had to hire another contractor to fix the mistakes, which has added to our expenses. The experience has been frustrating, and we'd advise others to steer clear.
Thank you Louis and team for a job well done. The customer service and work was phenomenal.
