This place is a total scam. I went in FEBRUARY to file my taxes for 2024 and they were "unable" to file electronically so they sent my forms by certified mail in March. I have called the office countless times for weeks with no answer and/or they "take a message" for Gaby and I NEVER hear back, even when I text her directly. I was left on delivered every. single. time. The staff doesn't know what they are doing either, it's as if it's everyone's first day there. Gabriella Villalpando is THE BEST! She is pleasant and easy to talk to with so much positive energy. She is a highly qualified, professional. gabby was exactly who I was looking for as it relates to my personal taxes. She is someone you can trust!
Don’t go to this location or work with this woman. She is not worth your money or time. She has made errors in our application and it’s almost impossible to get an appointment for her to correct things. Not just minor demographic issues but credits that are illegal to place when you are no longer eligible for such credits. I am convinced she doesn’t know what she’s doing. Gabriela Villalpando was the person who assisted me to complete my income tax in 2022, which I never received to date. I was never able to communicate with this person. If you don't want to lose your money and time don't go here, I don't recommend this place.
Adalid is phenomenal. I highly recommend you filling your taxes with her. She is righteous and makes you feel like family.
