Amazing customer service. When I couldn’t find a chair I loved, the salesperson directed me to a few other furniture stores in the area. Happy to say I found a chair I did love and it was all because of them. Thank you! And if U’re needing cheap rugs, he has a STACK of options for just $10ea. So happy I stopped by even if I didn’t find what I was looking for there.
We had them build a custom breakfast nook for us and it turned out gorgeous! Excellent customer service from start to finish and a massive show of appreciation for Josh and Paul for going above and beyond as my truck broke down in their parking lot. Paul gave me a ride to a car rental so I could get a van. I was able to get the nook back to Seattle and were able to drive back to pick up my fixed truck the following weekend. Thank you!

Purchased several items from their store almost two years ago. Had an issue with being sold the wrong size headboard, the new correct sized headboard arrived damaged and someone tried to cover it with stain/woodglue. I was told by Josh he would work with the manufacturer to get a replacement piece. I think being a year and a half into waiting for this repaired piece I've been more than patient. I stop in every 4-5 months, trying to give them ample time to get this sorted out as these are made to order items. I'm always told ... read more
