Complete joke took forever to get furs back 4 of the 9 furs sent in where damaged such a large company that does so many hides you’d think would do better wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
I used USAFOXX to take 12 of my Alberta coyote pelts and turn them into three beautiful vests for my wife, daughter and daughter in Law. I hunted these in Alberta and they are gorgeous "furred up" pelts. Adam guided me through the entire process and helped make it easy. The girls are tickled to death with their vests and I can only give the highest praise to USAFOXX for their professionalism and customer service.
I have sent 2 coyote pelts to USA foxx & fur so far. The first one just to be tanned and the second one was to be made into a full face mountain man hat. I received both in a timely manner and was quite pleased with the finished product. The hat is awesome and I'm looking forward to cooler weather so I can wear it!
USA Foxx and Fur made some Otter gloves for me and repaired 2 Raccoon blankets and did an incredible job on both! I am very pleased with all that they have done for me over the years!
Terrible customer service. Terrible professionalism. However great at lies and theft. Should be charged with deceptive business practices which is a felony
I sent them 4 coyotes to be tanned in the spring of 2015, it is now January of 2017 and after many calls and promises still no product, of course they charged my CC ASAP. Agreed to send replacements, just finishing up of the last batch, we will compensate you, etc. Many calls, same old story. Invoice stated the app completion time, way past that. May need to take "other action" to get this resolved.
My stepfather had a pillow pet made out of beaver fur. It was a Christmas present for my mother and she loved it! The teddy bears they make are also amazing. Love this place!
