Really awesome , send all your furs
This guy is one of the crooked dealers in the fur trade. He leads u to believe the tanning is done in Duluth. After months and months of waiting and getting no clear answers to when I should receive my tanned beaver pelts he finally came clean with a new lie saying they were lost and he would replace them with equal sized pelts. They have had 4 coyote furs of ours since Feb 2015. Each time they are contacted, they say they are almost done & we will have them in 2-3 weeks. We have been getting this line for OVER 1 YEAR!!! They cashed our check for the tanning in June of 2015. Getting ready to file a theft complaint with the police department. They have stolen our money & our furs!
This place rocks! Ordering a vest without trying it on or having fittings seemed very scary to me. But these guys nailed it! They were quick, the vest fits perfectly and it is absolutely beautiful! They were in contact with me the entire time and were quick to respond when I had questions. My husband and I love the vest so much we are getting a bed spread made after next season! Worth every single penny! These guys are the best!!!!!!
I have sent many furs to USA Foxx over the years and have always been pleased with their prices as well as their turn around, even with that being 6-8 months. The quality of work has varied but overall has been good for their prices. I currently have 3 orders in, 2 of which are extremely late (over 3 months on one and over 6 months on the other). Don't recommend. They lost a very valuable deer hide and have tried to replace it with with far inferior quality hides. They don't respond to phone calls or emails, and won't offer what they plan to do to make it right with me. This has been going on for over 15 months now! I have used them for years and have approx 25 deer hides done in the past. Will not use them again and don't recommend anyone else using them until they get their act together and start taking proper care of their customers!!
