A+, recommended. We were renovating our bathroom. At their showroom they did the time consuming part of curating high quality brands and models to choose from. Usually contractors say « go to xxx (large chain stores) and pick the materials you want when you don’t have enough or no expertise about quality/origin/adequacy/delivery among thousands of options . After having a problem with my thermostatic shower valve, I called Frank for a consultation. I had bought it from him 10 years ago when I redid my bathroom. He offered to sell me a new valve, but walked me through the steps of taking it apart and cleaning it. It works like a charm thanks to Frank’s help. I really appreciate his expertise.

My experience at USA Floors Kitchen & Bath was pleasant from the moment I walked in the store extended to the process of installation of the products. Purchasing at the store was made stress free and all my questions were answered throughly and clearly. Love this store! A great variety of faucets, sinks, bathtubs, tiles, you name it! If you can’t find what you need Frank will order for you. The best part of the store is the management. Very thoughtful and experienced. It is my first bathroom renovation in the US so there were a few details that I didn’t know about and Frank paid my attention to them. The store where they really care! I highly recommend!
