Usa fitness is now closed. When it was closed, it was a cool place to go. They have crossfit style workout routines. A lot of DHS Scott Cops and Firefighters went there, you definitely felt safe. Their equipment was mostly geared towards weight lifting and not much cardio. Considering Anytime Fitness was nearby, 24/7, and more reasonably priced - this is probably why USA fitness shut down.
