Great company to work with! The representative was on time for both the initial appointment and when they came in to install my system. The representative Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful. At first I thought I would not be able to afford system they were offering but after we went through everything it ended up very inexpensive. We just had our system installed...so this review is solely on sales rep Chris Sepulveda and the installation technician! Chris was a pleasure to meet! He showed us the options of units to choose from and soled us on the smaller and more useful one for us! He also assured we know the importance of the placement of the unit! I really like the security system. The technician who sold me the system was very knowledgeable, thorough and accommodating. He helped me save upfront cost and saved me money. I am now paying less than half of what I paid at ADT. He even found ways of saving me money on the equipment instead of selling me what I thought I needed. The installer that came out was very polite and cleaned up after himself. I would give 5 stars but I don't give 5 stars until I experience their customer service. I am so glad they are back! I just had a system put in and I absolutely love it! It looks like a 7" IPAD on my wall. I can now control my system with my phone. I got 5 quotes from other companies and not only did they use a very large and ugly keypad but they were also expensive. Other companies were charging over $35 per month! With USA I was able to get a much lower monitoring rate. The rep that came out was very informative and didn't use any pressure tactics.
