Fire bowls came on time. I got the hammered copper ones. I have had them for 2 years and still look like new.
Edit-9/14/2024: Jesse from Fire Bowl was able to offer a refund for the propane tank cover. Apparently the lid for the propane tank cover I received is supposed to have white marks to represent marble(it does not and instead looks like a flaw). It is not what I ordered so Jesse issued a refund. The company that manufactures, In this case Elementi, was unable to get me a new lid “because it would take 3 months to arrive from China”, as stated by Sonya from Elementi. Purchased 3 Firebowls and after installation, had an issue with one of the bowls ingniter. Support worked with my installer and sent replacement part quickly and had the issue fixed quickly. Love the firebowls and how USA Fire Bowls responded.
