I called asked if they accept my insurance I get told they do. I leave work early missing out on money get there to be told I need to pay for my exam. Why lie about it if you don’t accept? Tell people ahead of time instead of wasting time. Today was my Last day that I could get my eyes done due to my pregnancy and now they screwed me over on it.
Tried to make an appointment August and they told me they were booked up until mid-september so I couldn't call back then. Okay, no issue. Then comes around, I couldn't get in until November. I get a call on the day of my appointment (today, Nov. 4th, 2020) that they want me to reschedule after me waiting almost 4 months for an appointment. I told them no and proceeded to head to my appointment. I can't wear masks for medical reasons, that's one. So I get there and I tell them that.
