When it comes to selling the panels, they will do whatever it takes to get in touch with you. Now, when you have to reach out to them with questions about warranty, service, contract or other, good luck. We have been calling and leaving messages for months, so far, not one person has returned our calls. Twice, the person who answered said the person in charge was out on "break" and all others simple we don't get a call back.

This company is a complete failure salesman lies to you tells you no payment for 5 months until you start getting your energy saved we got a bill after 1 month. Absolutely no communication got our solar panels hooked up no spray foam done no solar water heater just got off the phone with the lady she told me I could go turn my solar panels on why didn't anybody tell me this why should I have to turn on my own solar panels? The solar panels were installed quickly and the company followed through with what they promised. Donna was great at reaching out and went above and beyond to insure that we were taken care of.

Sorriest Solar System I've seen. Had mine installed 2 yrs ago and my power bill is still $200 a month like it's always been. Had them come out once ,told me I needed some kind of part replaced. That was 9 weeks ago, ain't seen them or heard from them yet.

Loving my solar panels!! My rep Tameika Booker was very knowledgeable and explained the process to me so that I could understand. The installers were efficient and got it done! Thanks Tameika! Would recommend.
