Main drain replacement from old cast iron to all new 4inch PVC lines complete into the septic tank plus a new outside cleanout. Brandon and his crew were very professional and did an excellent job.

Wam bam, thank you, ma'am! Called USA Drain on Wednesday, told them about my collapsed sewer line. They were out to talk to me within 3 hours and 15 minutes later we had a deal. They left with the deposit and called 2 hours after that to tell me they were coming back to replace all 50+ft of my rotten line in 6 days. That Tuesday, they rolled up, dug, bedded the pipe, punched it through into my crawl, passed inspection and backfilled in 4 hours flat. I'm pretty sure these guys do this stuff in their sleep.

I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown during my visit. The service felt rushed, and important concerns were completely ignored.
