We had a great experience with Designer Contracting. They were very knowledgeable and efficient, letting us know exactly what the condition of our floors would allow for and how to keep things price friendly for us, first time home owners. We will be working with them again in the future!

Alberto and his crew did a fantastic job on our floors and stair railing. We have been renovating our first floor and opened up the kitchen to the dinning room . The floors were five layers high in the old kitchen and we pulled them out . Alberto installed new red oak floors to match the original flooring in our home and sanded the old flooring and stained it all so you can’t see where the transition is. We also replaced the “90’s special” stair railing and banister and he stained it to match the floors.

Alberto and his crew were very professional and obliging and did a great job in removing existing carpet from two rooms and refinishing one with a wood floor and installing vinyl plank flooring in the other. They also went the extra mile in not only removing and installing all the existing furniture in both rooms, but because the sofa with 2 recliners was so big and heavy, they took it all apart and removed it in three pieces, which they did without any extra charge. I would not recommend Designer Contracting to anyone. The team was unprofessional and seemed disorganized from the start. They didn’t follow through on their promises, and the final result was far from what was initially promised. I had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes, which added extra costs and time to the project. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made the entire experience stressful. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for quality contracting work.

I had a terrible experience with Designer Contracting. The project was delayed multiple times, and the communication was lacking throughout. They didn’t stick to the timeline we agreed upon, and when the work was finally done, the quality was subpar. There were several things I had to point out that were done incorrectly, like uneven finishes and poor attention to detail.
