I would not recommend Designer Contracting to anyone. The team was unprofessional and seemed disorganized from the start. They didn’t follow through on their promises, and the final result was far from what was initially promised. I had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes, which added extra costs and time to the project. The lack of accountability and poor customer service made the entire experience stressful. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for quality contracting work.
I had a terrible experience with Designer Contracting. The project was delayed multiple times, and the communication was lacking throughout. They didn’t stick to the timeline we agreed upon, and when the work was finally done, the quality was subpar. There were several things I had to point out that were done incorrectly, like uneven finishes and poor attention to detail. Thank you Alberto and team for doing a great job refinishing 4 bedroom hardwood floors as well as repairing and installing new flooring in my basement. The experience was great from beginning to end. Alberto was responsive, polite and punctual. He explained things clearly and was willing to go the extra mile. I am happy to give him and his team 5 stars and would highly recommend them.
