I ordered some coils from this lovely US company located in Ohio, and I had one damaged in shipping— I only discovered it about a month after I received the order. But I was able to speak directly to the manager who immediately shipped a replacement with no cost to me: this is EXCELLENT customer service, unfortunately rarely found these days. I would recommend this company to anyone— really excellent to work with!
