This lady had me pay when I dropped off my pants then when I came to pick them up she told me I didn't pay even though I handed her my receipt. She held me there for like 15 minutes and I told her finally that she needs to either call the cops or I was leaving because I wasn't going to pay her twice. It was absolutely horrible and embarrassing because there were other customers waiting. I'll never come back here again. They also overcharged me $7 over what I actually paid for the pants brand new. I think she has a screw loose honestly.

I was using this cleaners for several yrs, but the last two times I've taken my clothes here I've been very disappointed! They clearly have no clue how to launder, starch and press a dress shirt with french cuffs! And my suit jackets? Well they pressed a crease from the top button to the bottom edge of the jacket, therefore creating a "new" crease! Also.....my clothes aren't clean.....lint all over them. NEVER AGAIN!

Used to be real good but not lately – I used to take all my dry cleaning items to this place for years but after I got the last 3 pieces of clothing returned back to me still dirty in certain areas I stopped using this place. I don't know if there was a change in staff or owners, or why my clothes were not done well, but just felt it was best to change to a different dry cleaner.
