Update. They offered me $100 as a resolution to remove my review with the understanding that I could not post honest reviews moving forward. See image below. I turned it down, but if you’re wondering why reviews are high. It’s because they pay to remove the honest ones. Hired because I was told they’d make my couch look good as new.
