Oh my goodness.. I should have ready the reviews before I had them come out. They did NOT come out in a marked van like advertised.. it was a beat up unmarked van. I waited 2 1/2 hours for someone after my 30/40 minutes window phone call from the company to let me know someone was on the way.

Very communicative and efficient! Came on time and left with Great results
The tech did not complete the cleaning. When I contacted the company, I was told that the pictures I sent were of set in stains and it was my fault because I did not opt for a deep cleaning. That response is ironic because the rest of the basement carpet was cleaned beautifully. They refused to work with me, leaving me very disappointed with a partially cleaned carpet. I have no recourse, but to report them to the Better Business Bureau.
We highly recommend. Easy to communicate with and good customer service!
