The carpet was clean. However the Customer Service sucks. I had a two o'clock appointment. The technician showed up at three fifty one to be exact. I contacted the company when the technician was Forty five minutes late with no call Ameri I believe that's his name. Kept playing with the prices. Customer service! beware!
This company is awesome. Was able to clean my carpet at a late notice and did an excellent job. My carpet was filthy as I had two hospice patients in that room and the young man had it looking like new.
Service was fast and effective technician was great overall very satisfied with the job
