5 star company. All thanks to Isaac. Very prompt, courteous, and professional! He’s very transparent on what to expect from the services. My couches came out as if I had just purchased them from the store! Would recommend to anyone looking for any carpet/upholstery cleaning needs.
After emergency flood extraction they told me carpets would dry in 24 hours; it took five days and the subfloor warped. Their drying plan was inadequate and their technicians seemed inexperienced with structural moisture issues. Costly oversight and a ruined weekend for my family.
I paid for a “commercial-grade” treatment for heavy traffic areas and the results were minimal — dark lanes and flattened fibers remained. The promised rejuvenation never happened and the technician had no solution when I asked for rework.
The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of offering solutions, they are unprofessional service.
