After emergency flood extraction they told me carpets would dry in 24 hours; it took five days and the subfloor warped. Their drying plan was inadequate and their technicians seemed inexperienced with structural moisture issues. Costly oversight and a ruined weekend for my family.
I paid for a “commercial-grade” treatment for heavy traffic areas and the results were minimal — dark lanes and flattened fibers remained. The promised rejuvenation never happened and the technician had no solution when I asked for rework.
The customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Instead of offering solutions, they are unprofessional service.
