I cannot say enough about the support I received from USA Buttons. I got a machine second hand from a friend. When I placed my first order for supplies they reached out to me to make sure I had ordered the correct stuff. Later, when I was having issues with my machine I send them photos of my issue. They diagnosed the issue and helped me correct it. They even had new mylars to me the next day!! I wish all companies were like USA Buttons. 10/10 would recommend
