Booked a charter with this company and had to cancel due to COVID-19. Spencer Martin (email states that he is the CEO) stated that I would receive a refund within 45 "business" days. After the time lapsed Spencer promised me every week that the refund check was in the mail. At one point he tried to short me $100 for administration fees. Once I showed him in the contract where I cancelled 60 days prior to the trip... he stated that they would give me a full refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH USA BUS CHARTER!! They are definitely frauds. We had the worst experience with them for our wedding; like others say, their customer service does not exist. I received a phone call at 11:47PM the night before our wedding to inform us that they had screwed up and had not reserved a bus in Houston to pick up our guests. The person who had been handling our reservation (and I had a signed contract with) said they were able to find a bus in Dallas that could drive to Houston and that we would be responsible for ... read more

NO NOT USE. COMPANY IS A TOTAL FRAUD. DOES NOT STICK TO A CONTRACT. PRICE INCREASES AT THE LAST MINUTE. TOTALLY RUINED AN END OF YEAR SCHOOL TRIP BY RAISING PRICES AT THE LAST MINUTE. UNRELIABLE, UNFRIENDLY, NO REGARD FOR SCHOOLS OR CHILDREN. TOTALLY MISLEADING. HAVE FORWARDED ALL MY CORRESPONDENCE TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BURUEA FOR INVESTIGATION OF THEIR MISLEADING TACTICS.

Well, I tried to use them, before I read the reviews. I am still currently waiting on them to call me back. I left two messages, and emailed Spencer, but have gotten nothing in return. When we first sent the email last night, Spencer responded very quickly, but nothing since then. I talked to the receptionist this morning, and she said that Spencer just pops in whenever he can. Completely unreliable!!! Dropped a group of us off but failed to pick us up. Whatever you do... do NOT use this company. We organized a dinner event in Las Vegas, were picked up at our hotel with no issues and dropped at the restaurant. However, the bus failed to surface for return to the hotel. We were eventually advised that the bus was in an underground garage and to "go look for it" -- then were told that the reason they couldn't contact their driver was because he WAS in an underground garage and had no reception. This company is absolutely unreliable! Avoid at all cost. They are not truthful and do not honor their commitments, whether in writing or made by phone. Left our tour stranded in New York in June, before switching from 2 sleeper tour buses to one regular coach a day later, after much cajoling and having been paid in full in advance. They claim their sub contractor did not honor its commitment, even though said subcontractor was adamant about not having been paid, nor having committed to them. They keep apologizing. I should have read these reviews cause then I wouldn't have wasted 2 weeks in trying to book a bus. I contacted them asking for quote which was pretty reasonable considering they would have to travel from AZ to CA. I talked to them briefly on the phone to understand what the steps were in order to book a bus and the final result was just email Brandon Fulton back with confirmation that we were going to reserve it and they would send over a contract shortly.
