I purchased a steering cable from USA boat store three weeks ago. The item has yet to ship and I don't think it ever will. They having been ignoring all my phone calls and emails. Anytime I was lucky enough to get their one customer service rep on the phone I was always told 'our warehouse is behind but you steering cable will be shipped later.' DO NOT do business with USA Boat store I ordered 2-lews reels 1 month ago and yet to receive it. I just throw away $279.00

This place is a joke. Can't ever get ahold of anyone they have $125 of mine and I have yet to get the stuff I ordered
RIP-OFF, ordered and paid for marine paint. 40 days later half the order arrived. Called and ask for refund. Emailed and ask for refund. NO refund. RIP-OFF. Save time and money, go to WalMart, make it yourself , go to a second hand store but do not waste your money on these broke lairs. The troll on the phone makes excuses and act like they are legitimate. Can you say crook, thief , the kind that would break into your house and steal your child piggy bank.
