Very unprofessional! Had an appointment for 8:30am; arrived at 11:30am after I called multiple times. Boarded my door and took measurements because they were going to replace the door! After submitting the payment for the board up which was $320; I was then told that they do not replace residential doors a day later. I wouldnt have allowed my door to be boarded if this was discussed on the 5 calls we had. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
