Very professional
A window was blown out in April, I called USA board up & glass. It is now the last week of September and I still have no window. Have called multiple multiple times only to be given the run around. Also, I called them cause it’s also a board up. They took broken frame and left I had to call them back to board it up, then they charged me almost 400$. I’ve asked them to please return the frame but I still do not have it. Please, save yourself a lot of time and trouble and don’t use this company.
Promised same day repair, came out and boarded window up and said would be back next day. Next day came and they called and asked if I wanted the window for two days later...
Excellent work and very timely and respectful employees.
