We purchased the H1 Bidet from USA Bidet last year. There were a number of things we liked about this bidet attachment, but its inherent problems make it difficult and it failed far too quickly. The flow is nice and does a great job cleaning the desired area. It does a good job at directing the flow, but that can be a little awkward and require repositioning oneself on the toilet seat. I worked with Thom to help him with some hard-to-locate items. He is a gem to work with, always has a random fun fact for me, and it's obvious how much he cares about his customers through the care and thought he puts into his product and his business.
I purchased a bidet several years ago while my elderly parents were living with me. We all loved using it, including my 6-year-old granddaughter. She even convinced her parents to get one at their house. The quality is excellent and the customer service is top notch. I wouldn't want to be without it anymore. Highly recommend this brand!
