I had my exhaust pipe and muffler scraping the ground when I brought my vehicle in. They put it on the lift and showed me the holes in the pipe from just behind the catalytic converter all the way back to the muffler, where the clamp holding the muffler had rusted through. They replaced all of it and sent me on my way. Then 10 or 11 months later, my muffler fell again and was scraping the road. I took it back here, they took a look, and one of the welds had failed. Deceptive Business Practices I have never in my life posted a bad review. My family and I have been bringing our cars to Joe for over 20 years, so it’s disappointing and frustrating to write this. I brought my car in for a very specific exhaust rattle. I told Joe exactly where to check. He later admitted he never inspected that area, but still charged me $100 for hose clamps that didn’t fix the issue. The car sounded the same, and the original problem was untouched.
