Do not take your car to this business I do not recommend this business to anyone took a Kia optima in to have it looked at they ended up replacing the entire transmission and the Catholic converter knowing neither one of these items needed to be done they ripped me off completely the Catholic converter only needed to cleaning during the process of them replacing the transmission in this car I took my avalanche V8 over to them to have a belt replaced 6 months later the belt is still squeaking not only that the side view mirro... read more
RecommendedFrom the time I called they were nice and informative. At my appointment they we on time, changed oil quickly, and not pushy about buying other services. There prices are good as well. I will definitely be back to this place. They also took great care to sanatizer everything during this Covid time we are in which I really appreciated!!

I came to Raleigh on business from Fayetteville stop to USA Automotive to get my tire plugged I had a nail in my tire from the trip there was an mechanic on site anqd I was told they couldn't get to me until late afternoon and his staff was out to lunch from 1-2 all I wanted was a tire plugged. The mechanic on site was very nice. The attendant at the desk was rude and offered no assistance to an immediate remedy.
Great, honest shop. They know what they're doing.

I have been a customer for over twenty years and would not think of going anywhere else. I have two vehicles and over this time period I have only had to take my vehicles back one time ! U. S. A, is excellent at letting you know what needs to be done right away and what can be repaired at a later time, They always come out to the waiting area and let you know the status of your vehicle. Don't go anywhere else if you want your repairs completed correctly the first time !
