HORRIFYING ACCUSATORY "SERVICE": Three hours AFTER LEAVING THEIR SHOP, and driving on I95, MY REAR PASSENGER WHEEL FLEW OFF! The manager, Justin, refused to take responsibility and fix it, saying, "This looks staged...where's the wheel and lug nuts sweetie...?" ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!
Gerald is 100% they are pure criminals they do not pay employees which is why there are new faces. They also do not perform any services that are sold. There oil changes are cheap because it is used oil. I wish somebody would do something about criminals like these guys!!
As a former employee, yes, all the rumors are true. These criminals change the name of the company regularly in order to avoid the IRS and payroll responsibility. All vendors are overdrawn by thousands, and management pushes employees to sell anything even if service is not required. My direct supervisor would sell alignments to customers without even having an alignment rack. They are criminals. Please beware.
Rude, and unprofessional. New people every time. The front sales associate doesn't know anything. I don't recommended it.
