I came into U.S.A. Auto Repair & Body for a quote. I needed minor body work on my back lift-gate. I worked with the manager Deana. From first impression I was sure this would have been a 5 star review because Deana was friendly and seemed very accommodating… she even ordered parts before I brought my car in to help move the process along so I would be without my car as short a period as possible. The lady in the front (the receptionist I can assume) was super lovely and was very nice! When I first called she said for me to come in, but very quickly called back to let me know she had misinformed me and actually didn’t have it, but would place an order and would have it the next day. Sure enough they had the filter and I got my oil changed very quickly!! Auto repair shops need more people like her working the front desk !
