Rafael is absolutely amazing. I don't usually write reviews but I have to. It wouldn't be right for me to keep his services to myself. No hassle, straight to the point, the opposite of what you'll get from the dealership. He does not waste your time and is genuinely patient. His communication is on point with great customer service. The reason why I'm a loyal customer is because of him- honest and upfront about things. Trust me, ask for Rafael.
