I called and made the appointment, and when the repairman didn't arrive on time, I called (8am), he then said he would arrive at noon. No call to me, no confirmation, nothing. When he arrived hours later, he spent a few minutes to tell me my dishwasher was defective and charged me $120. I am no better off than I was before, only less money in my wallet.
