Do not do business with this company. We hired them for NYE to pick us up for a concert. They were going to be late so we had to get Ubers to make the concert. I made sure they would pick us up at the fox after the show. When I called them, they were at my house. We had to get Ubers for the ride home as well. Then they charged my card $775. Don’t waste your time and money on this company. I had to pay for outbound first via Venmo and then i had to pay for pick up via Checkcard. i was charge a lot more than we agreed on when they ran my card. I called to dispute and i was told sorry but that charge is for time in traffic due to it being a busy night. I paid for the whole night upfront , limo didn’t show up to pick us up. i called to dispute and they claimed they showed up.

I hate to have to give them 1 star as our trip started out PERFECT. Going on cruise, 7 of us off to airport. Pick up and drop off at airport was perfect. It was the return trip that was a disaster. I called & confirmed pick up from airport. Get our bags, go outside, 20-30mins later sprinter arrives. This was the best experience ever with a car service. I had a unexpected situation and needed to get home which was 7 hours away. I was picked up fast. The suburban was fully loaded and luxurious. But the best part was the driver Erich aka Tony. Right away he made me feel like family. Took care of everything far and beyond expectations. I would hire him again just to ride around hahaha. The 7 hours felt like 20 mins literally. I highly recommend this company!!!!!!
