As a current employee I can say working here is the best place to work at. If you put in the work and have the drive to excel in a company this is the place. Also it is a very easy place to work. I would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a job or career.

If you are simply seeking a production job, USY is undeniably one of the easiest places you'll encounter in terms of manual labor. However, the dysfunction within the company's faculty is particularly alarming. Overtime is a common occurrence, with standard associates working 50-hour weeks and those with higher titles putting in 60+ hours. Very Poor management and will hire anyone. They refuse to communicate to there associates.

Poor management doesn’t care about workers, will replace them for cheaper labor , unfair to the ones that actually work, and absolutely never answers their phones
