Absolutely unacceptable experience with US Xpress. A piece of their tractor trailer flew off while we were driving near them and shattered our windshield. We captured clear video of the debris flapping in the wind on their truck right before it came off. When we filed a claim, they denied it, claimed a rock must have hit our windshield, and told us to go through our own insurance. They refused to take responsibility despite the video and photo evidence. Avoid this company at all costs.
