I'm rating my experience based off the website, the website itself is fine but after having problems trying to order some wheels I had called to number on the website twice and the same gentlemen answered both times and was quite rude. The first time I just asked a question and he seemed to not care at all and ended up hanging up before I was done talking and the second time he offered no help of any sort after the payment method wasnt working. It took an insane amount of wheel weights to balance a brand new wheel. This is not professional. There’s no way that should’ve left the factory.
I had a hiccup with my order, but then was contacted by the vice president of the company, which being a business owner myself, speaks volumes and was very much appreciated that he took the time to give me a call and make the order for me even though it was my fault.
If i could give negative 5 stars i would. I should have looked at the reviews. The worst wheel company i've dealt with. took twice the estimated date to ship the wheels and the powdercoat looks like a child with a spray can did it. Get the package and no caps for the wheels.... they conveniently didn't tell me they were backordered on them and didn't say that on the site as well. Received a bent wheel, US wheel wouldn’t help at all. Got to the point where I was just gonna buy a new wheel but they wouldn’t answer my emails. I won’t buy another set, neither will any of my guys.
