I had a hiccup with my order, but then was contacted by the vice president of the company, which being a business owner myself, speaks volumes and was very much appreciated that he took the time to give me a call and make the order for me even though it was my fault.
If i could give negative 5 stars i would. I should have looked at the reviews. The worst wheel company i've dealt with. took twice the estimated date to ship the wheels and the powdercoat looks like a child with a spray can did it. Get the package and no caps for the wheels.... they conveniently didn't tell me they were backordered on them and didn't say that on the site as well. Received a bent wheel, US wheel wouldn’t help at all. Got to the point where I was just gonna buy a new wheel but they wouldn’t answer my emails. I won’t buy another set, neither will any of my guys.
The prices are good, but you get what you pay for here--not sure their quality control is up to the task. I ordered a set of custom wheels and two of the wheels still had welding wire attached to some really bad welds...then they powder coated over that. On top of that, the powder coat has areas that will rub off with your thumbnail. Go with another company if you can or set your expectations appropriately.
Ordered 4 wheels, obviously, and 4 hubcaps. I only received 3 wheels and 4 hubcaps. At first, I thought UPS lost one wheel but they told me there were only 3 wheels and one box containing all four hubcaps shipped from the US Wheels warehouse. I've tried to get in touch with us Wheels for four days now but they refuse to get back to me. I should've bought these wheels through Summit Racing instead because they have top-class customer service. So if you gonna order some US wheel rims, do it through Summit Racing.
