None of their departments must note each conversation with the customers. I had to explain myself to the estimator, billing, scheduler, and reception numerous times. I was going to pay my balance down before scheduling due to uncertain covid circumstances. One time the estimator came to the back of my property when I didn't answer the door in the middle of a pandemic when I'm with my young son just for me to know he sent me an email I need to look over and return! Contacted for Rochelle Property Management to have them inspect some rentals with crawl space issues, they were very fast with scheduling and got an estimate to us right away! John their technician was professionally and nice!
These are definitely the experts at basements in town. On time when they said they would, answered all of my questions I had. Also, I appreciated not being pressured into anything, very casual sales guys won't push you into something you don't necessarily need. Highly recommended
