Sean Davidson came by today to help with an ongoing issue we had been having. He was finally able to determine the root cause of our water leak and provide correct information on how to solve the issue. His customer service skills were amazing and we are very happy with him being able to help us!

The quality of the waterproofing work itself was solid and professionally done. However, there was a frustrating miscommunication between the lead and the installation team, which led to the system being installed in the wrong location. I had confirmed the details beforehand since I wouldn’t be home due to work commitments, but the error still happened. I worked with Nick Rogers, he was great. Everyone was polite and professional. The crew that came to fix the leak in my basement to the people who did my downspout underground extension, were all great. They keep me informed, took great care to wear shoe covers and not dirty my house. I will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thanks guys!
