The work I had USW do is still under test pending heavy rain. I did get about 2 1/4" the morning of 9/17. We expect another healthy rain in the morning of 9/19. We'll see how it goes. So far, so good. The crew did a good job with the work at hand and cleaned up my yard sufficiently.

The work was done well. I only wish the promised plastic wall would have been set up before my wife needed to ask for it. The dust is thick.

I’ve used U.S. Waterproofing several times over the past 18 months — sump pump installation, crack injections, gutter cleaning — and spent thousands with them. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the worst. In June 2026, a sales rep diagnosed a suspected basement wall crack and required a 50% deposit ($800) before scheduling the work.
