I spoke with Michelle several times over the phone. She was professional and listened carefully to our needs and came up with an outstanding action plan. The crew led by Adrian came out as scheduled and efficiently and quickly solved our issue. I was very impressed.
Poor communication between sales and production staff. Sales promises what production won’t deliver. Careless workman, they knocked a shelf off the wall carrying their equipment out. Their comment “I broke your shelf”. And their prices have skyrocketed! $1000 for a 4’ crack and that’s after all their discounts. Did the repair work? I hope so. Would I use them again? Not without looking at other options.
US Waterproofing is a great established company that gave me a very fair price for the project that was completed. Sales leader,Peter walked me through all that was needed to be done. Scheduled, everyone arrived in a timely manner . Everyone was professional, careful not to damage anything, & cleaned up work area. I recommend US Waterproofing Michael Montalbano
