We contracted them. They took half the money. First attempt left us unable to open bedroom door and house was way worse than when they started. Took over 6 weeks to come back for them to say they couldn't do the job. Then told me I still owed $2000 for labor on a job they couldn't do. I didn't think I should pay anything but offered 500 to settle. Then they quickly said 1000 and couldn't go lower. Now they are ghosting me and won't return messages or emails. Terrible communication and customer service. Stay away.
Pumps constantly go off, burning out the pumps continuously. Workers told us that the reason they are constantly running is bc US didn’t divert water away from my house so it constantly just pumps out and comes right back in. Contacted the office about it they told us “their job was to just keep the water out of our basement.” Have or should I say had the double lifetime transferable warranty. The service we received is TOP TIER. Specifically because of Sean Davidson. He came by for an estimate and to help find the source of our leak and did. He was helpful, courteous and professional. He even followed up to make sure everything was functioning properly the next day. I pray this never happens again but if so I know what company to call. Thank you Sean and US Waterproofing!
Our initial sales visit was a debacle. New rep, we tried to be patient knowing onboarding is not easy, and connectivity issues for his iPad, not his fault. Paperwork email was clumsy. He was, however, very thorough in our walk around and in listening to our issue. I would give this a B-. When Henry and Arturo came in to do the work they were amazing and saved this from being a horrible review. I will give them an A+++.
US Waterproofing came out on 6/5/2025 for the free consultation. They said they would get back to me by 6/12/2025. It's now 7/11/2025 and haven't heard a word. Very poor service
