I visit this branch on regular basis, if it wasnt for there lack of common sense the branch could be what it used to be, but they deffinitly need to fire or replace the spanish girl who is always yapping on the phone like a spanish soap opera and deffinitly replace the black gentlemen who i have seen picking his nose, watching youtube and making these god awful snarling noises like a dying yack. eww discusting!

I agree. This branch was good in its olden days but now its gone all down hill. I came in and asked the assistant branch manager a question about my account and she was yapping on the phone for a good 5 minutes before she realized i was there.
